These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DecorAI – AI Interior Design app, the website at www.aiinteriordesigner.app and any related services (the “Service”) provided by Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DecorAI. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Your Account
You are responsible for activity on your DecorAI account, including any AI room redesigns generated from photos you upload. Keep your login credentials safe.
Acceptable Use
- Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use.
- Do not use DecorAI to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory or infringing.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer the AI interior design app or its underlying models.
- Do not abuse the AI room makeover features (for example, automated mass requests).
Subscriptions and Purchases
DecorAI offers free and paid features. Paid subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play and managed by RevenueCat. Renewals and cancellations follow the rules of the platform you purchased on. Refunds are governed by the App Store and Google Play policies.
Your Content
You keep all rights to the room photos you upload to DecorAI. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process those photos to provide AI interior design from photo, AI room makeover and AI room planner features. We do not sell your photos.
AI-Generated Output
AI room redesigns produced by DecorAI are intended as visual inspiration. They are not architectural plans, construction documents or guarantees about a real-world result. For structural renovation, electrical work, plumbing, permits or complex design decisions, you may still need a qualified professional.
Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party providers including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Vercel Analytics, the Apple App Store and Google Play. Their terms also apply to your use of those features.
Intellectual Property
DecorAI, the DecorAI logo and the look and feel of the Service are owned by Rocket Digital Limited. Nothing in these Terms transfers our intellectual property to you.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that DecorAI will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI-generated room designs will exactly match a future real-world implementation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use DecorAI in a way that puts other users or our providers at risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
